  • What is Interchange Plus Pricing and how does it benefit me?

    Interchange Plus pricing means you pay the exact cost set by card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) plus a small, fixed markup from your processor. It’s transparent and often saves money compared to flat-rate pricing, especially for businesses with higher transaction volumes.

  • Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

    At PPC, we believe in full transparency. All fees are clearly outlined in your agreement. Common fees include transaction fees, monthly service fees, PCI compliance fees, and occasional chargeback fees. We’ll walk you through each one.

  • How do I know if I’m getting a good rate?

    A good rate depends on your business type and transaction volume. We offer a free analysis of your current processing statement to see if you’re overpaying and show exactly how much you could save with us.

  • What types of credit card machines do you offer?

  • Can I use my existing equipment?

    In many cases, yes! If your equipment is compatible with our platforms, we can reprogram it. If not, we offer affordable, up-to-date options that fit your needs.

  • How long does it take to get set up?

    Setup can be completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the equipment and processing platform. We ensure the setup process is seamless, so there is no disruption to your business.

  • What if my terminal breaks or has issues?

    We offer support and quick replacements. Our team is available to troubleshoot and minimize downtime. We don't believe in voicemail at PPC, so you can expect to talk to a real person everytime.
