Mike DiNardo - President/Founder
Mike founded PPC in 1998 after twelve years in the payment processing industry. After graduating with honors from St. Bonaventure University in 1988, Mike worked at First Data and Bank of America. Mike takes a process-driven approach to customer satisfaction using his vision of the current and future trends of industry. Mike is an avid golfer and hopes to get a hole-in-one at St. Andrews some day.

Chris Bosch - VP of Sales
Chris has over ten years of experience in the payment processing industry including stints at Universal Payment Processing and Bank of America. As PPC's first employee, Chris remembers when the office wasn't so nice. He attended the State University of New York's College at Geneseo.

Chris Urbanski - VP of Operations
Chris joined PPC in 2005 after seven years as general manager of Headsets.com. A graduate of the State University of New York's College at New Paltz, Chris focuses on systems and process to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and to enhance referral relationships. We had to talk Chris out of getting the PPC logo tattooed on his forehead (he really likes it here).

And if you like the Mission/Craftsman style of the 1920s, our 8,000-sq. ft. facility, designed by Todd Audsley and built by Smart Design in 2005, uses quarter-sawn white oak with pounded copper and mica accents, as well as Stickley and Roycroft furnishings.
