Mike DiNardo - President/Founder

Mike founded PPC in 1998 after twelve years in the payment processing industry. After graduating with honors from St. Bonaventure University in 1988, Mike worked at First Data and Bank of America. Mike takes a process-driven approach to customer satisfaction using his vision of the current and future trends of industry. Mike is an avid golfer and hopes to get a hole-in-one at St. Andrews some day.

Chris Bosch - VP of Sales

Chris has over ten years of experience in the payment processing industry including stints at Universal Payment Processing and Bank of America. As PPC's first employee, Chris remembers when the office wasn't so nice. He attended the State University of New York's College at Geneseo.

Chris Urbanski - VP of Operations

Chris joined PPC in 2005 after seven years as general manager of Headsets.com. A graduate of the State University of New York's College at New Paltz, Chris focuses on systems and process to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and to enhance referral relationships. We had to talk Chris out of getting the PPC logo tattooed on his forehead (he really likes it here).

Mike Schaefer - VP of Sales

Having been an all-conference baseball player while attending St. Bonaventure University more than a few years ago, Mike knows the importance of strength, experience and teamwork, all of which he brings to PPC mid-Atlantic clients. Mike's 18 years of successful account service experience -- including 13 years with Crane Paper, and, most recently, with the Ivystone Group -- have given him a pro-active approach to solving business issues like the ones you face everyday.

Our hometown, Rochester, New York (USA), is one of the country's friendliest cities which is reflected in how we treat our customers, respecting your time and knowledge. Payment Processing Consultants is both a member of the 2000 Better Business Bureau's Honor Roll, given to businesses that exhibit exceptional customer service, as well as the official transaction-processing partner of the national Better Business Bureau.

And if you like the Mission/Craftsman style of the 1920s, our 8,000-sq. ft. facility, designed by Todd Audsley and built by Smart Design in 2005, uses quarter-sawn white oak with pounded copper and mica accents, as well as Stickley and Roycroft furnishings. Other features include a fireplace and a 600 Gallon salt water aquarium that is home to sharks, sting rays, eels, and four groupers that eat like teenagers. View photo gallery.
